Children who are not currently in a service, may only be in the lobby area being supervised by another adult who is also not having a service done. During services, children without an appointment are not allowed in the service area and may not be left unattended in the lobby. We reserve the right to refuse service based on child’s behavior and parents ability to monitor child without disrupting scheduled services. If appointments are interrupted, we may need to reschedule for a time when child care is arranged.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to recieve services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved amount. “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in charge equal 50% of the reserved amount. The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform standby guests of any availability, better serving everyone.
